Employees simply look at the kiosk camera to clock in or out — no cards, PINs, or apps needed. The system matches their face in under a second and records the exact timestamp directly to their attendance sheet.
How is payroll calculated?
TimeFirst automatically computes gross pay, overtime, late/absent deductions, and statutory contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, withholding tax) based on each employee's actual attendance logs. Payslips are generated with one click.
Is it compliant with Philippine labor laws?
Yes. Payroll rules are aligned with DOLE regulations, including holiday pay, night differential, and 13th month pay. Contribution tables for SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG are kept up to date.
Can I manage multiple branches or departments?
Yes. Each branch or department can have its own kiosk and schedule configuration. All data rolls up into a single dashboard so managers get a unified view across the entire organization.
Does it work without internet?
Yes — TimeFirst is built for offline resilience. The kiosk supports Face ID and Manual ID entry even without an active connection, queuing logs locally for automatic sync. The QR Code gateway also remains available for mobile scanning; if an employee's phone is also offline, their device will securely queue the attendance record until internet is restored.
Is my data secure?
All data is stored on enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. Face templates never leave your device, and access is protected by role-based permissions.
How do employees enroll their face?
HR or an admin sends a secure registration link to the employee. The employee opens the link and captures their face directly from their device — no app download needed. For best results, register in a well-lit area, face the camera straight on, and avoid strong backlighting. A good registration photo ensures the kiosk can detect and verify the face reliably every time.
How long does it take to set up?
